For open positions, suitable candidates are identified from applications received through the database, job postings, and social media channels. Interviews are conducted, and the process is completed by selecting the best-matching candidate.

Setaş places great importance on combining its knowledge and technical expertise with scientists working in chemical technologies and product development, considering the contributions this collaboration can make to its own future, the progress of science, and the well-being of society. Therefore, it is always ready to collaborate with researchers on joint projects.

Opportunities for Students

In line with departmental needs and staffing, Setaş offers internship opportunities for university, vocational high school, and technical high school students. The internship period at our company is between July 1 and September 30. University students must apply no later than May 30 for internships. Students who are evaluated as successful within the scope of the “Internship Program” are given priority consideration for open positions.
